Goal: Brooks Brothers aimed to expand its customer base with highly accomplished professionals between the ages of 25 and 44.
Strategy: Our team identified extremely successful young professionals and gave them invitations to shop at a Brooks Brothers store. The invitation included a gift certificate worth $100. We also gave them the Brooks Brothers Generations of Style Book.
Impact: All invitations were redeemed, leading to incremental sales and new customers.
